Requirements Specification
We consider the type of project(s) you are currently working on or plan to work on, your current team and recommend what positions are needed to complete your team in order to work on and effectively complete the projects you have with the requested quality, on time and within budget.
Job Analysis
We carefully analyze the required skills and competencies for each position according to requirements. This helps in creating a job description which can be used in the job ad as well as a guidelines for the candidate upon successful placement.
Job Ad Writing
We craft a job ad that is clearly focused to target the right candidate for your needs. We also craft the job ad to be appealing to candidates and attract more of them to select from.
Job Ad Posting
After crafting an effective job ad focused on your needs, we then send the job ad to a targeted group of IT professionals who are seeking to receive such job ads. We currently send our job ad to over 8000 members and our member base is growing at a rate of over 300 members every month.
Testing
Each applicant goes through a batch of online tests to determine his/her mental abilities, language proficiency, personality traits as well as skill level in technologies required for the requested position.
Screening
After sending out your carefully crafted job ad to our large base of targeted members, we then collect, classify, analyze and rank CVs that interested candidates send us in response to your job ad. In average we receive from 100 to 300 CVs for each job ad depending on the position required and the requesting company. We then screen applicants according to both the result of the tests as well as their CVs.
Telephone Interviewing
After conducting initial screening based on test results and received CVs, we then go through a second round of screening this time by conducting telephone interviews to candidates that we found promising and suitable based on their CVs. We then come up with an initial shortlist of candidates for further interviewing.
Face to Face Interviewing
We conduct face to face interviews with the candidates whom have been shortlisted during the telephone interview phase. We select a time that is convenient to each candidate for conducting the interview. We make sure that every candidate we contact comes to the interview by making it easy for him or her to come and confirming the interview appointment using multiple means. Finally, based on the results of the face-to-face interviews, we create a tight short list of candidates for you to select from.
Selection
We send you the tight short list of suitable candidates together with their test results and our own comments on each. You may then contact them for further interviewing yourself at your company or at our office according to your preference. You then select the candidate which you find more suitable. We can assist you during this stage of final selection as well.
Additional Services
Orientation
After successful placement of the right candidate, we may provide him/her with orientation upon your request to familiarize him/her with your work environment. This helps minimize overhead and makes the candidate more productive in less time after joining your company.
Initial Training
Upon your request, we can conduct initial training for the new candidate to bring him/her up to speed with the project you are working on or the technologies you are using. This is specially useful when recruiting fresh graduates or when there is a need for using some rare technology in your projects.
Follow-Up
We like to make sure that our successfully placed candidate is performing well during his work at your company. We thus conduct follow-up inquiries to insure his/her performance and suitability to your project(s) and work environment. If any issues arise, we try to resolve them during the initial period. In the rare occasion that the candidate turns out not to be a best fit during the (usually 3 months) probation period, we are responsible to provide you with a replacement with no extra charge.
Performance Appraisal
Upon your request, we may also offer performance appraisal to the candidates we have placed or to your other employees. This could assist you in determining compensation and advancements for your team members as well as act as a motivator for them.
